"I wasn't expecting much when it came to pain relief from a pillow. I am pleasantly surprised here though. It has been a few weeks, and I do see a noticeable difference in my neck pain /stiffness when I wake up each morning. I used it alone for the first few nights, but I realized that with my allergy based congestion, it was better for me to put a secondary thin pillow underneath this one so that my head isn't completely flat at night. Overall pleased with this purchase.”
